About Kole

I built Upthrive because I kept seeing the same problem: businesses investing in marketing but not in systems. They'd run ads without a follow-up process. They'd launch a website without a conversion path. They'd generate leads that disappeared into a spreadsheet no one managed. The inputs were there. The infrastructure wasn't.

My background is in Finance and Computer Science — I graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor's in Finance and a minor in CS. Early in my career, I worked at an investment bank where I led the company's automation initiatives. We built systems that eliminated manual workflows, reduced errors, and freed the team to focus on higher-value work. The efficiency gains were significant, and the lesson was clear: the right system, built right, changes the output.

That experience is the foundation of Upthrive. I brought the operator mindset from finance — where every dollar is accounted for, every process has a purpose — and combined it with the technical ability to actually build the infrastructure. The result is an agency that doesn't just run campaigns or design sites in isolation. We build connected growth systems where traffic feeds conversion, conversion feeds a CRM, and the CRM feeds automation that keeps working after hours.

Today, I work with business owners across South Florida to audit their current setup, identify where the highest-leverage improvements are, and build the systems that turn marketing spend into compounding revenue. The work is methodical, data-driven, and built to last. That's what Upthrive was built to deliver.
